High School Guide: Admissions, reviews, and advice

So, I’m heading into seventh grade now, and I’ve got this question... what kind of four-year vocational high school can I actually get into if I manage to pass with a 3.0 GPA? Honestly, my heart is set on joining the police force, so I know I need to aim for one of those specialized four-year police academies first. Also—and this is the part that worries me—how much money am I looking at losing if I fail out of the police program?
