I accidentally wrote "American" twice instead of alternating between "American" and "Americans"... don't know how, but I mess up the legend more often than I should...
Think you could whip up an ethnic map of Mississippi based on settlement data from 2010?
Maybe we could pull from election results—you know, those precinct-level numbers where every municipality has dozens of them—and maybe supplement it with some well-known estimates and stuff.
