Aha, gotcha 🙂
Any other ideas?
thanks guys, the more suggestions the better 🙂
thanks everyone
Thanks.. I guess what kind of games could this actually run?
Hey,
looking for some build advice regarding $667. I'm wondering if it's even possible to put together something decent for gaming on this budget—it doesn't need to crush the latest AAA titles or anything, since I know that's unrealistic at this price point 😁.

Here's what I've got so far:
a 1TB HDD
a 650W power supply, an LC POWER LC8650II Metatron OZEANOS, ATX2 v2.3, 140mm fan, PFC, modular

Any suggestions on what else I should grab?🙂

Tried it. Doesn't work

The parts are:

Intel Core i3

NVIDIA GeForce

ASRock FM2A85 Extreme4

AMD card (NVIDIA GeForce)

6 gigs of RAM

Scythe Katana 4 CPU cooler

LC Power Silent Giant Green Power LC6650GP2 V2.3

When I boot up, the debugger numbers start scrolling, but once they hit 9A, the PC just resets and loops forever.
We already tried swapping out the PSU, but that didn't fix it. The GPU works fine in another rig, too.
Any ideas?

It hits C5, 36, 4F, 67, 79, 9A and then just restarts...

So here’s the build:
The specs are:

Intel Core i3

NVIDIA GeForce

asrock fm2a85 extreme4

graphics card from AMD (NVIDIA GeForce)

6 gigs of RAM

scythe katana 4 CPU cooler

lc power silent giant green power lc6650gp2 v2.3

When I boot up, the numbers on the debug LED start scrolling, but once they hit 9A, the PC just resets and loops over and over.
We already tried swapping out the PSU, so it's probably not that, and the GPU works fine in another rig.
Any ideas?

Yeah, look, my main thing is keeping the price under $167. I'm asking if the quality is actually decent since it's got that certification, so maybe it's fine?

It’s just one GPU.
Money isn't really the issue if I end up upgrading the PC, but I want to make sure the power supply is decent.
Is what I listed actually any good? That's why I'm asking.
