Like ten years ago, kids in my crew were getting slapped just for having "new ideas" that were actually ahead of their time. Half the time, people taking initiative got shut down immediately. So don't act surprised that most people—especially the kids—look for some big leader to follow. That’s why everyone online acts like they have an opinion but lacks the balls to say anything in person. I totally agree with your post, but you can't blame them for expecting someone else to lead. For years, everything worked because "everyone knows where the decisions are made," and if anyone stepped out of line from the obedient crowd, the tough guys back then handled it pretty brutally. 🥱

You can't just drop an idea and then play dumb when people ask for details, like "don't ask me, I'm just suggesting." 🙄 Maybe I went about things the wrong way yesterday or said it at the wrong time, but I still don't buy the logic that if I'm not some Mamić's provocateur, then I'm either useless or just some kid who's never stepped up for the group and therefore doesn't get a vote...
It's funny, because everything else you wrote, I actually agree with, whether you think I do or not. 🙂

Henry Grant51 said:What kind of question is that? How is anyone supposed to know if tickets will be available?
The second part is just plain stupid. Just try buying them on time, especially since the venue capacity is gonna be a bit smaller than last time.

People don't even realize how much our futsal squad has boosted the brand and how vital they are for the whole organization. I’d bet anything we have the pull to pack Madison Square Garden during a promotion playoff—it wouldn't be fancy, just old-school grit.

If you aren't deep into the weeds of football details and miss stuff—which happens, maybe even to Miklenić—it’s easy to fall for those "insider info" stories about certain sharks sharpening their teeth again.
And hey, it's probably not total nonsense that one party dominates US Soccer, and there's definitely a crowd that loves this kind of political spin. This cheap political maneuvering has been going on for years. No matter how obvious it looks to us, some people still bite the bait and blow their own trumpets. Doesn't matter if they're doing it out of pure naivety like most, or if it's calculated. One thing's for sure: nobody's actually getting worked up over it. Everyone knows their own path, and if you try to stay on the right track, things will work out in the end.

Come on people, put in some work. Hit Ace up on Facebook. Let him grill this guy about everything you want to know. We need to get Ace ready so he doesn't let this guy sell us any bullshit like he did to everyone else. Send him that video on Madoff's ideology, then let him air it out there—let those veterans see who they actually invited on. Everyone needs to ask about every single thing that doesn't add up.
Honestly, I figured saying this was better than just saying 'someone should email Ace...'
Everyone send something, I'm in too! Flood him with it, someone's gonna have to force him to answer all this crap.
Jonathan Edwards said:The only thing I can take from this is that neither of you guys are actually members, since I just got the official club newsletter hit my inbox.
Gary Evans90 said:You could easily set up an email newsletter subscription where a generated message blasts out to everyone on the list whenever you need it.
Gary Evans90 said:Look, out of respect for the staff and knowing they’re swamped, we should be training the crew to help clean up after the game (or at least most of us) and getting more people involved in the prep work. Someone totally new to this isn't gonna touch the banners or anything because they don't want to deal with the backlash, which is why it looks like everyone is "indifferent." And yeah, you're just spinning lies here. 😁
