(doesn't matter who is in which car). Instead, they're winging it mid-race while everything is going sideways and trying to react in seconds. Ferrari acts like a broken GPS that keeps saying "recalculating" every time their delusional Plan A fails. Teams like Red Bull Racing would eat them alive.
And regarding Red Bull Racing and team orders—it's never perfect there either. I don't know if anyone mentioned lately that Marko chewed out Jos, since he went public criticizing the strategy back in Monaco and Sergio Perez's win. No matter how tight the hierarchy is or how clearly defined the 1st and 2nd drivers are, it's always a touchy subject that needs careful handling—even in teams way more competent than Ferrari. So yeah, I think they've got bigger fish to fry.
