I’m going to dive into all of this and hopefully turn it into a solid plan.

I have zero clue how any of this works, but I know exactly what I want to do.
So, I'm asking the veterans here for some guidance on opening a small business—what the requirements are and what my actual options look like.
Or would it make more sense to just incorporate from the jump?
Here's the deal: I want to build custom kitchens, cabinets, and general wood interior work. I don't have a formal degree in woodworking, so I can't register as a licensed master carpenter, but I've heard there are ways to run a service business without those specific credentials.
Also, is it legal to keep working my current job while running my own business on the side? (Mainly looking to keep that steady paycheck coming in while I build this up.)
Please help me out. I've been sitting on this idea for ages, but I finally found the nerve to actually go for it.

I'm running a Pentium 4 2.4 GHz (yeah, the old one with the 133MHz Front Side Bus).
2x256MB Kingmax 400MHz
ATI Radeon 9600 XT 128 MB
Anyway, I bumped the Front Side Bus up to 167MHz, which puts the processor at 3.0 GHz. The catch is my memory is stuck at 167 too because I don't have an option for reverse asynchronous mode.
Regardless, the whole thing is running VERY stable, VERY cool, and VERY quiet. My cooling setup is just:
Zalman 7000, a passive Zalman on the northbridge, and a damn quiet 300W Sharkoon power supply.
- All BIOS settings for the memory are set to 5-2.5-2.5-something,
- Some kind of memory turbo mode is enabled (gives maybe a 10-15% performance boost)
- I bumped the CPU voltage by just 0.05V, and that's it.

A few more gaming sessions (maybe a beefier power supply) and I think I can push it to 200MHz. That would let the memory and the motherboard run at their normal clock speeds while the processor gets HEAVILY overclocked.
If I'm not mistaken, that’s 3.6GHz—which is a massive 66% increase over what I paid for.
I'm happy with it.
