thanks
if I ever find one, I'll let you know 🙂
because from what I hear, you can only get one if you have an employment verification—basically showing steady income, doesn't even matter how much it is.

because from what I hear, they only care if you have an employment verification—basically just proof of regular income, doesn't matter how much it actually is.

Does anyone know which bank has the most chill mortgage terms when you aren't looking to run a full credit check right away? Thanks

Does any bank actually offer decent mortgage terms without running a full credit check first? Just curious. Thanks

Anywhere you see their sticker, honestly. Just look for a USPS location or a bank.

Is it just a hassle? Since I’m turning 18 relatively soon, I figure if I’m going to open an account anyway, I might as well set up a real one from the start. Can I survive a few months of not having full control over my funds? 😬

Chase has those youth accounts http://www.chase.com/personal/checking/youth-accounts for anyone under 15, and then after that you switch to http://www.chase.com/personal/checking/student-accounts

They want to pay me strictly on a monthly commission basis, which means my paycheck is going to fluctuate wildly depending on how much I actually pull in each month.

I really need someone to lay out all the hidden pitfalls here—though if there are any actual perks, I'm all ears.
Help me out, guys. This is urgent and I am honestly lost. I have no clue if I should even consider this or what kind of terms I should be fighting for before I sign anything...

If you've never dealt with this kind of setup before, just watch your step.
The way they're doing this is basically forcing you to carry all the responsibility yourself. To be honest, I wouldn't call this a "job offer" at all; it's more like a B2B contract or a partnership.

It’s actually super common in industries like real estate.
