Could you perhaps elaborate on this point? I am not entirely certain I have grasped the nuances correctly; specifically, if I were to establish an LLC primarily focused on beverage service—essentially running a coffee shop—am I truly exempt from the requirement of employing someone with specific professional certifications?
To clarify, my background is in hospitality management, yet I do not hold a formal certification as a server.
I find myself wondering: should the law mandate that a qualified individual be on staff, what exactly does that entail, and might there be a path toward recertification that would allow me to launch the business without the immediate necessity of hiring additional personnel?
