Starting a small business

So, I officially opened my small business about a month ago! 🎉 But here’s the thing—I haven't received that big, beautiful professional sign you usually see hanging on the wall of a storefront yet... so I'm wondering, why is that? Does it just show up in the mail, or am I missing something?
