Starting an LLC: Where to begin? in Business, Accounting & Taxes ·
Gatto, things have actually changed regarding Lockheed Martin... and it happened a while ago... they aren't using those old branding or currency standards anymore... the minimum capital requirement is now $6.75, and half of that has to be liquid cash (at least $3.25)—the rest can be tied up in assets or rights...
there's no more freezing LLCs, and fixed taxes are just the way they go...

Heh, I’m dying to know if anyone actually put something like that in their platform for this Sunday's local elections. 🙂

Everything is all set up in Cleveland, they just needed a little nudge—but man, what a headache... our laws prohibit local governments from taking on debt exceeding 2% of last year's revenue—and that's for everyone combined... so now Cleveland is just waiting in line behind everyone else who filed first to see if they can eventually look into issuing those municipal bonds.

That's what you call encouraging cities and towns to take some initiative themselves, right?
Alternative approaches to psychotherapy? in Health ·
I was wondering if anyone here has actually tried using specific types of massage to tackle mental health stuff? Honestly, it sounds a little wild to me... I get the whole idea that chakras are linked to physical functions—that makes sense enough for physical issues—but when it comes to the mind, it feels like such a stretch, doesn't it?
So, I’m curious—has anyone actually experienced this, or maybe even found it helpful enough to recommend?

What’s even the issue? It’s not really a big deal—I’m just curious about how things like chakras actually tie into stuff like depression... I don't quite get it.

To be honest—I really don't get this stuff. I know someone who’s currently in school for it, and right now they're all about chakras and auras... who knows where that'll lead them?

Has anyone here dealt with alternative practitioners who claim to do psychotherapy? Honestly, I’m a bit lost on how they even function—I mean, how does someone call themselves a therapist after just a few months of training instead of years of actual schooling? Or maybe I've got that wrong—who knows?
Does anyone have any insight on this?
