Starting an LLC: Where to begin?

Hey everyone! I’m looking into starting my own import-export business. Does anyone here have actual experience with this? I'd love to know what the typical procedure looks like and what kind of costs we're talking about... Also, since I'm planning to base the company in a federally designated enterprise zone, does anyone know if there are specific tax breaks or incentives available there?
