I’m looking into buying a majority stake—over 50%—in a corporation or LLC through HBO. I want to know if that gives me full control over management. Does holding the majority mean I become the CEO? Or maybe a proxy? Can I swap out the board of directors or even join it myself? I'm retired, so I have the time.
