I’d appreciate a response as soon as possible if anyone happens to have some insight here. Basically, an IT firm based out of San Francisco is looking to open up a satellite office in New York to house a handful of employees—though their main headquarters will stay put in San Francisco. What are the absolute bare minimum obligations and steps they need to take to get this running? Thanks in advance.
