Looks like we’re dealing with the exact same issue over here, or maybe it’s just me...
The cows haven't changed much in years—not counting those tiny little genetic tweaks—so I doubt anyone is actually clueless about this. It feels like the general consensus should be to set a baseline profit of maybe $2,000 net first, and *then* start rolling out the red carpet for these big shots. You know the type—they think they're such high class that they won't even deal with actual livestock; they'd rather head straight to a lab to engineer some "miracle" cow that pumps out 200 liters of milk a day, regardless of whether it has three heads or not.
Honestly, I’m starting to worry that our vets have never even laid eyes on a living animal, let alone worked with them... it really feels like our entire education system is stuck in the Stone Age.
