Lease agreements: Tips, questions, and experiences
in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
I would be extremely grateful if someone could provide some assistance here.
I have a vehicle under a financial lease held by my LLC. That company is effectively defunct; I am currently just taking out personal loans to cover the lease payments and gas. My goal is to dissolve the LLC and transfer the vehicle into my own name. I have the option of having a highly creditworthy corporation act as a guarantor, which would allow me to pay off the current lease with my own funds, among other possibilities.
The leasing company keeps presenting me with different scenarios, yet every time I draft a plan to execute it, they claim it isn't feasible.
I am seeking advice on how to resolve this matter properly.
