I honestly find myself constantly double-checking if I actually turned off the lights, locked the doors, and shut all the windows, and then I end up pacing along these lines—whether they're imaginary or just patterns on the floor, it doesn't really matter—and I just feel like such a total fool sometimes, wandering around like that.
