The PC is executing commands far too quickly; I need to throttle the speed to allow the software to loop correctly.
I am looking for a solution for a developer who strictly utilizes Windows 98, yet is working on modern hardware. How can this be achieved?

They stopped by my place in Topeka today. My wife and I are both living on disability; according to our latest check-ups, we’re basically walking corpses at this point...
We don't mind hosting presenters and hearing about their latest innovations; after all, people need to earn a living too..
However, the moment he touched on pricing and actually trying to sell the device, he packed up his things and vanished faster than you can blink....

When I joked that maybe I'd pick one up once I hit the jackpot at the local casino, his response was a blunt, "it isn't available for sale."....
