I’m looking to put together a PC with a budget of $1333 specifically for video rendering. I realize it’s peanuts, but it’s what I've got to work with. If anyone is willing to help me spec out a build, I'd appreciate it.

About a year ago, a nurse from the other shift refused to see me. A vein in my leg burst, and since it was my first time experiencing something like that, I was honestly terrified. Instead of helping, that nurse actually snapped at me, asking why I hadn't gone to my own doctor earlier that morning (I was stuck at work!). When I pointed out that the sign on the door clearly states they are a group practice, she suddenly changed her tune.

Medicare is your best bet. When I went back down to the ER and asked why they were tossing me around like a football, this woman slammed the door right in my face. What an arrogant bitch. I told her straight up that I’d be reporting her. I asked for her name, but she wouldn't give it to me; she just stood there being defiant, telling me to "go ahead and report me" while slamming the door. I sat there waiting for 20 minutes while the nurse ignored me entirely to take another patient right in the middle of our conversation. And people wonder why they see stories in the news about patients being targeted. Medical staff like that are absolute bottom-of-the-barrel—self-important, rude, and acting like gods when they're actually as dumb as a Cock. I ended up having to go to the hospital and wasted my entire day just for one injection that should have taken five minutes. I don't know who these people think they're intimidating by threatening to move to Europe; who even cares?

My back went out on me, so I headed down to my local Community Health Center to get an injection. Since my regular doctor wasn't on duty, I went straight to the urgent care wing, only to be told they don't handle stuff like this. They didn't even bother giving me an exam; they just pointed me toward another doctor working the next shift. I sat there waiting for about 20 minutes before a nurse finally showed up. As soon as I tried to explain what was going on, she completely blew me off to take in another patient—even though I was the only one in the entire clinic at the time. When I asked why she was ignoring me, she acted like I wasn't even there. So, there it is: no exam because urgent care brushed me off, and no help from the nurse because apparently, I'm not "their" patient. Now I'm limping home to whine in bed for another day without any meds. How and where do I file a complaint for this kind of negligence?

I’ve been scrolling through these threads for an hour now, and honestly, I’m feeling pretty sick to my stomach. I’ve been dealing with an "external" hemorrhoid for about a month. It just showed up out of nowhere overnight and has been getting bigger ever since. Tonight, after finishing work, I went to shower and noticed some blood and lymph on my boxers. It feels like it’s right on the verge of bursting, so I’m wondering: if it does pop, will the whole thing just clear up, or am I back to square one? I haven't applied any creams or seen a doctor yet, though I do make sure to wash up after every bathroom trip. Also, can standing for long stretches actually cause hemorrhoids? My legs have been cramping up like crazy at night, probably because I spend eight hours a day on my feet at work.

I finally figured out the catch, and honestly, it was me. The instructions are written so poorly that anyone would struggle with them. You actually have to squeeze the bird like a clothespin before you can pull it. These guys wrote "press against it," but press against what? It's just mindless. 🙄

Picked up an Epson Stylus SX125 this morning, and I’m already losing my mind trying to figure out how to load the paper. These instructions are absolute nonsense. Apparently, I’m supposed to pull some kind of edge guide, but "not too hard," which tells me nothing. I tried, but it won't budge, and now I'm terrified I'm going to snap something. Does anyone actually know how to feed paper into this thing? Is there a trick to it, or am I just being dense? HELP🤷
