What’s the easiest way to get an online shopping card through Bank of America or maybe any other bank near Cleveland? I’m looking for something without all the usual hassle—I don't want to deal with proving my income or jumping through hoops regarding my job status. I think I saw someone mention those prepaid cards where you just load up whatever amount you plan to spend and you're good to go. Does anyone know what that specific type of card is called? What should I actually ask for when I walk into the branch to "open" one?
