Honestly, they should just set up a life insurance policy where the payout covers the mortgage entirely... that way the family gets the cash, but the bank doesn't get a dime from the risk coverage.

The Milky Way... it's all just bank loans. You get people responding to ads like this who are already drowning in three or four different loans, just hoping to lower their monthly payments enough to actually live a somewhat normal life. As for life insurance, that’s there so if something happens to you, God forbid, the policy covers the debt instead of leaving it to your family.
