There’s this cove near San Francisco called Ujča Draga—it’s basically just a car camping spot now.
Supposedly, Napoleon's ship went down right there, and the local legend says you can see soldiers appearing every year at a specific time just before dawn.
Back before World War II, some guy actually built a house on that exact spot, but nobody could stay there—things would move "on their own" and there were all these creepy noises... kind of a poltergeist situation, I guess?
Then, maybe 40 or 50 years ago, some local farmer was walking through the cove at dawn and apparently ran straight into those French soldiers. 😲 He totally lost it—ended up checked into a mental health facility. 😬
