So, I got busted yesterday... DUI and driving after curfew since I’m still in that junior license phase. Now I’m looking to fight this, but honestly, I have zero clue how any of this works. Can an attorney actually write up an appeal for me? Because I don't understand a single word of this legal jargon... Plus, the officer handed me three different documents and some payment slips, and I had to sign them all. Since I didn't sign just one specific line—specifically the part admitting to the alcohol charge—can I just appeal that one part? Or am I stuck appealing the whole thing? Thanks in advance.
