Imagine two self-righteous types arguing over laws they think are totally broken. It makes me wonder—would you actually shell out a hundred bucks for a speeding ticket? Say, going fifteen over the limit. You pay the government, because clearly the state needs its cut—it doesn't really matter if the rest of us are barely scraping by.😠
