So, I had this guy call me out of the blue asking, "Whose apartment is this, and is it insured?" Honestly, my first instinct was to just snap back with, "Why on earth do you need to know that?" Turns out he was calling from State Farm. Good grief... for a split second there, I genuinely considered tossing him down the stairwell!
I have to say, though, the folks over at Vanguard are a breath of fresh air compared to that. They don't go ringing your doorbell uninvited or plastering tacky flyers all over the streetlights. They actually rely on word-of-mouth and referrals, which they’re quite upfront about, too. To me, that feels much more decent and fair. 👍
