It’ll only be for specific people—specifically those teachers in deficit positions... if you ask me, this is just another pre-election stunt, much like that teacher pay raise from last year, which was so pathetic it wasn't even worth calculating.

I find myself pondering a similar dilemma.
I have a very healthy—perhaps even substantial—income stream, though it isn't something I can easily document through standard channels.
My plan would be to secure a loan by leveraging a property valued at roughly $65,000 to $75,000—using it as collateral for a mortgage or something similar...
So far, I haven't bothered reaching out to any major institutions, like Chase or Wells Fargo, to see what they might offer.
Does anyone here happen to know where my best shot lies for securing a loan—whether it's residential, small business, or just some other long-term arrangement—on a 10 to 25-year schedule?
I would truly appreciate any advice or guidance you all might be willing to share.
