How to get started with agtech and farming investments?

Hey, thread is solid, but I’m wondering if anyone knows what the damage would be for getting some machinery to handle hazelnut orchards—one hectare or more? There's no way anyone's hand-picking hazelnuts at that scale.
P.S. Anyone know someone near a Small town in the Midwest who specializes in hazelnuts? Also, what kind of soil are we talking about for them to actually grow well?div>
