I am right there with you regarding the pricing... even that guy on TV mentioned that if you just want a tree to grow a trunk, the cost is incomparably lower. We could be looking at anything from $20 to $10....
If we were actually going to try growing them ourselves, what specific walnut variety would we need, and what’s the actual process? Do you grow them directly from the fruit? Is that even something you can find out in the Black Forest?
