Basically, two months ago I trashed my left wrist—broke some fingers, sliced tendons, the whole nine yards.
After grinding through 30 physical therapy sessions at a clinic in Chicago, they ended up doing plastic surgery running from my knuckles halfway up my palm.
They performed an artolysis and a tenolysis... can someone break down what that actually means? Like, what’s the actual procedure and what should I expect?
