So here’s the deal—I just inherited about 15 acres of decent farmland, and I’m staring at it wondering what the move is. Is it actually worth putting money into a nursery or something similar? The land is right near a major highway outside of Austin, too. Or should I just flip it and pocket the cash? 🙂 !! Right now, I’m just renting it out for pennies on the dollar.
