How to get started with agtech and farming investments?

So, I’m looking at planting about 4 acres of sour cherries right now—just a small start, really. I could use some advice from anyone here who’s already running a cherry orchard. Specifically, what’s the absolute best setup if I want to make sure everything is optimized for mechanized harvesting? I don't want to deal with manual labor headaches down the road, you know?
