It’s the exact same mess Tina went through...
I was sitting at a red light when some guy insured by State Farm rear-ended me—though he actually got hit by someone else first (it was a chain reaction). The police report finally came in, but they just sent everything over to the municipal court without actually naming who's at fault. Now, State Farm is refusing to pay out my claim because they've decided their policyholder isn't liable, and they’re just sitting on their hands waiting for a court ruling—which they say could take at least a year...
So, what am I supposed to do? Just gift my car to the repair shop where it's currently sitting? I don't have the cash to pay the bill and get it back...
