Should we get rid of the "useless" ones?

I’m just wondering how many people would actually raise their hand and say, "Yeah, count me in," if they knew there was a chance a car accident tomorrow could leave them paralyzed or something. Could you honestly do it? Playing around with this topic feels incredibly stupid and immature to me, even if it’s supposed to be some harmless little forum debate...😕
