I honestly love doing my heart chakra meditations while visualizing swans gliding across a calm lake. That specific imagery is supposed to help trigger the awakening process. It’s just as peaceful for me to grab my boyfriend and head out to Central Park on a sunny morning to watch actual swans on the water when there aren't any crowds around. Highly recommend it.🙂🙂

I've been on it for a few months now after cycling through a bunch of different antidepressants. Honestly, I haven't hit any major side effects and it seems fine. Sadly, none of the meds did much for me until I started messing around with my dosage on my own.
