Psychotropic medication discussion thread

I’m currently taking Normabell and Misar twice a day on a regular basis, because if I don't, the panic attacks start hitting, my hands begin shaking, and I just can't sleep. I suppose I might have developed a dependency, but honestly, I feel like I can't function at all without them. Does anyone have any actual, sensible advice? I think I understand what the issue is, but I just don't have the money to see a psychiatrist right now.
