About ten days ago, I had some blood work done along with a general checkup from my primary doctor, and everything looks fine on that front. But I do feel that pressure in my temples quite often, and the headaches are frequent enough.
I have sex whenever the opportunity arises,😉
And yeah, truth be told, I have a bit of a history with alcohol. It’s more of a binge-style thing for me; I don't feel the need to drink constantly, but if I have just one beer, that's it—I'm hooked until I'm completely drunk.😢.
If I don't drink at all, it isn't an issue.😛
I had to double-check if I was really the one typing that, haha. No, seriously, there are people out there who really shouldn't touch even a drop because they just don't know when to stop. It would be great if it just stayed at one day, but no, the cycle repeats day after day until something happens that triggers a genuine desire to sober up, which eventually leads us toward abstinence (more or less successfully). Personally, I'm planning on getting my act together these next few days.😁
Regarding your question, you know, Freud had a really fascinating theory about the root of almost all problems, so it might be worth looking into if you haven't already. A guy who was considered a fool for half his life, then a scientist for the other half, and whose theories are only now being accepted as truth decades after he passed—he could be a great therapist for all of us, if only he were still here (honestly, why didn't they think of cloning him?).
What kind of medical tests have you had done lately? Honestly, my advice is to rule out anything organic first, and then start on a proven medication (meaning: go all in, both mentally and physically, because trying to separate the two during treatment usually doesn't work very well).
