Everything you need for a California wedding in Weddings ·
If anyone’s looking for those sheer organza bags—they are absolutely perfect for party favors—just shoot me a DM for the details

I originally grabbed them on eBay to hold little honey jars, but my plans totally shifted at the last minute... since I'm not out in California, the only way I can get them to you is through the mail.

$833 Isn't that just incredibly pricey...
By the way, if you rent a gown over at Nicholas' Bridal Boutique, they offer invitations for $0.33...

I’d have to say Sax, though if I keep raving about them I might as well be their PR agent...🤣 But honestly, they were incredible when they played at my friend's place, just totally nailed it. As for the price, I haven't a clue, so you're probably better off just giving them a call to ask, though maybe check with cosmicmarlin20 since she's thinking about booking them.

and how much "ahead of time" are we talking here... I honestly thought we were still early since there's still a year and 4 months until...

It looks like they've really blown up lately and everyone wants them, especially since a friend of mine had to book them a whole year ahead of time. It doesn't necessarily mean they'll be slammed if you call later, but honestly, you can never book too early... if you know they're the ones you want, just go for it.

👍👍👍👍👍👍
you might want to get them on the books sooner rather than later... before someone else grabs their dates.

I know that over in NYC $62 they serve that full menu right in the heart of the city...

It happened back in May... and honestly, I don't think it's anything to do with mental capacity. It just makes zero sense to me that they aren't allowed to take photos once they're actually in the hall; the whole thing feels completely absurd, because if they're filming, why wouldn't they be taking pictures too? It would almost make more sense—though I know that sounds vague—if they said no photos were allowed before entering the room, rather than waiting until they arrive to start snapping away, and with this many guests, there are just so many shots being taken... I mean, back in the Midwest, we have weddings with 400 or 500 people, and how on earth is one kid supposed to manage 400 or 500 individual photos without losing it... I have no idea what else to say, maybe they're all just on something...😂

Justin Martinez3 said:For anyone actually looking for advice—and look, I have nothing against the vendors who absolutely nailed their weddings—I’ve been hearing some pretty bad things lately. There's this photography studio out of a small town in the Midwest, Viki, and the feedback is brutal. One groom was telling me they didn't capture a single shot of the wedding cake being brought into the hall, nor did they get anything during the exit from the church. The video footage? Just tragic. It's mostly just someone filming straight ahead before suddenly whipping the camera up toward the ceiling. Total disaster. 👎

It isn't overpriced, though. I actually stopped by a local shop to ask about their rates for photo and video packages $1.50

Then there's Rahela Photography, also based out of that same area, charging around $5,000 $2.50. But apparently, the number of photos you get is basically tied to how many guests show up—and she mentioned they don't even shoot inside the reception hall, at least that's what I heard 😠

I wonder why they don't let you take photos in the hall...🤷 I think you might have misread the situation... I’ve seen the photos from their wedding and they look totally standard, just like any other venue at a regular price, so there's no way they were paying some special premium just for shots inside the hall. And that whole thing about having "one photo per guest" makes zero sense to me either, since these places usually just offer different packages where you decide exactly how many prints and what kind of shots you want to go with...

I can't believe I actually found this thread... just when I thought I'd seen everything on this board. Pronovias has some new styles in stock at the local boutique now, and I actually spotted some St. Patrick pieces earlier today over at the mall in Indianapolis... though, I have to tell you, I tried that Nerveo stuff recently and it was honestly a bit of a letdown. Maybe it just wasn't right for me, who knows...

I've also heard they carry designer wedding dresses at prices that are actually reasonable, like way cheaper than anywhere else... definitely let us know how it goes if you end up heading there

redraven98 said:Hi there! Just wanted to jump in and give you my two cents based on what I know. They definitely carry those high-end designer gowns, though I will say the price tags are a bit steep. If you're looking for those exact same designer styles but want to keep things budget-friendly, you can actually find them in Warsaw too—the prices there are super reasonable, ranging from $1,500 up to $0.90 for the most expensive ones, and that includes all the accessories! The owners don't really pad their margins like other shops do, which is why they're such a steal compared to everywhere else. That's all I've got for you! They're located right by the Danube Hotel. Good luck!

hey, thanks so much for getting back to me

Can't you just find those at any old farmers market near your grandma's place?🤷

Everyone says they are, though I haven’t actually tried them myself since I usually end up stuffing my face with something more substantial before even getting to the cake or dessert stage... but apparently, everyone was caught off guard because while those trendy wedding cakes are typically stunning to look at, they rarely taste that good, yet these were actually delicious. My only real thought is that they're a bit on the pricey side, so you're probably better off just heading down there and asking around to see what the deal is.

The cakes they make at Vigus (over in Indianapolis and Vinkovci...) are honestly stunning.

Hey girls, does anyone know if the TACA SPOSA bridal boutique in Vinkovci—the one right across from Stefan's—actually carries wedding dresses? Based on the name, I’d say they definitely do...

Robin Rivera4 said:Greetings, everyone. I am likely looking at a September wedding next year, so I am reaching out to see if anyone could offer some guidance regarding music and photography. As far as the vibe goes, we are searching for something grounded in traditional Americana—think folk ensembles, classic country tunes, and perhaps a few soulful Southern ballads. We aren't particularly well-versed in the local band scene, so any solid recommendations would be greatly appreciated by both myself and my future wife. Thanks.

I'd definitely suggest checking out SAX from Vinkovci
