The results show Group B Strep (the list below indicates which antibiotics it responds to and which ones it's resistant to, so you know what to avoid) and Ureaplasma. I'm not entirely sure if they usually treat a level of 10 to the 4th power—I think some OB-GYNs prefer not to treat that specific amount—but the list below also shows the group of medications it's sensitive to. On the bright side, you don't have Chlamydia.🙂
Yes, it was a Pap smear. And man, did I strike gold. 🙂Thanks!
Could you please help me make sense of these microbiology results?
Streptococcus, beta-hemolytic Group B Antibiotic Sensitivity: penicillin S erythromycin S clindamycin S tetracycline R moxifloxacin S rifampin S (Note: S = sensitive, R = resistant) There are very few white blood cells present.

That shouldn't be a problem at all! As soon as I get back from my trip to Indianapolis tomorrow, I'll snap a few photos and post them here so you can get a better look at them. They should be identical to the ones in this link, though mine is just like his—meaning there aren't any cubic zirconia stones included:
We were really hoping to find some simple wedding bands that didn't have any extra flourishes, lines, or unnecessary details. These are completely matte on the surface, while the sides and the interior have a polished finish. I should probably mention, though, that the matte part might eventually take on a bit of a shine over time with regular wear.
I’m heading out this Sunday to pick up some rings, so I’ll probably take the opportunity to ask him if it's okay for me to share my size. I'll be sure to keep you all posted 😉
Lisa Wells72 said:Can I ask if the photographer's fee of $4000 includes video as well? If it does, do you happen to know what he charges just for photography alone? Thanks!
Yes, yes... that price covers both photo and video. It comes out to $1,500 ($3667) plus $1.75 thank-you notes (I need about 200 of them), bringing the total to $4000. I’m honestly not sure what the rate would be for just photography alone, since his quote bundled everything together.
A few girls have actually asked me about the wedding bands I had made in Indianapolis. A guy named Drake is making them for me—the final price for the pair was $1280 (we went with a width of 7.5 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm, so they're a bit on the thicker side). I guess we got a pretty great deal, especially considering Koci quoted us $2933 for something similar, and even Lawrence over in the Midwest wanted up to 10 $0.00😲
So, I finally decided to sit down and map out how my wedding day is actually going to look! We’ve settled on the Kristal Hall in Slough, where the cost per chair is $24, which—thankfully—includes the covers and lighting for free. That price pretty much covers everything: food, dessert, and all the drinks. We're planning on having a traditional family luncheon $1500. For music, we have $4833 (Svirci) lined up, and our photographer will be $4000 (Mijić). As for the church, the yard, the tent, and the table settings, a talented girl who runs her own small business is handling all the decor (you can find her on Facebook under Sandra Decorations). For hair and makeup, I'm going with $87 (Maja make up artist). My boutonnieres are being custom-made by Ana Decorations (she's also on Facebook). Our wedding bands are being crafted by a specialist from St. Louis, and we expect to pay about $1167 for them (they're actually the exact same style Koci was looking for at $2933). I'm still not entirely sure what the final tally for catering and other miscellaneous costs will be. I ended up renting my wedding dress from Isabelle, and the total came to $1833, especially since I managed to snag a $267 discount.

It depends on how many you need, $3.25 but it's actually quite a bit of work since they're crocheted. They take time. If you don't care about them being crocheted, though, just buy some black felt and cut out the shapes. That’s relatively quick. Of course, it depends on your patience—some people just don't have the temperament for it, so it might take forever. :-) Personally, I didn't offer to do it for anyone else because I'm a bit too much of a perfectionist and notice every little flaw (just a professional hazard 🙂). You'll need to cut out two hat shapes, but one needs to be taller so you can glue it onto the cork stopper. You'll also need a strip for the circumference of the cap and a small circle for the top. It'll end up being very inexpensive. A piece of felt roughly 20x30cm costs about $3.25, and you can even find cheaper options by the yard. Just make sure you don't get anything too thin. You should find some decent felt at a Michael's. Hope that helps, Best,
Thank you so much. Honestly, I don't mind if they are knitted or made of felt. I've been thinking about doing it, but I'm dealing with a chronic shortage of free time lately. I guess I'll just have to find a way to squeeze it in somehow. Regardless, I still feel like it's just a lot of money for such a tiny little thing. 🤷
Does anyone happen to know where I might be able to pick up some of those little Midwest-style bottle caps for soda bottles? I'm looking for something similar to this: http://img844.imageshack.us/img844/7...1046431359.jpg
Everywhere I've checked, the price per unit is about $3.25 which feels like it might be a bit excessive, don't you think?
Microscopic analysis revealed that what we were looking at was chronic inflammation of the gallbladder wall. In most instances, this occurs alongside gallstones—though not exclusively, and it doesn't necessarily seem like the stones are the primary driver behind the inflammation itself. The likely mechanism here involves prolonged irritation caused by supersaturated bile or perhaps repeated episodes of acute inflammation, which eventually leads to the gallbladder wall thickening and becoming infiltrated with fibrous tissue.
This kind of finding is actually quite expected in someone who has dealt with previous gallbladder issues. Most of the time, it’s associated with stones, which is considered the most common gallbladder ailment, so I suppose there really isn't any reason for concern here.
Best regards. 🙂
Thank you so much for the response. 🙂
So, it sounds like we're talking about that same inflammation you mentioned, paired with those 70 little stones that the surgeon kindly handed over to me. 😁

It’s honestly driving me crazy that around here, you either have massive banquet halls meant for 300+ guests or tiny little eateries—basically just pizza joints—that barely seat 30. So, does anyone have a recommendation for a nice space, a cool pub, a restaurant, or a hall that fits an ideal group of 80 to 100? Please? I am getting a bit desperate here 🙂
The Crystal Ballroom actually has three different rooms, and one of them is perfect for about 80 people; it's quite lovely. They also have another room currently under construction, though that one will be much larger. Here is the link: http://www.dvorane-kristal.com/rezervacije 🙂
vividsailor7, would you mind taking a look at the peripheral blood cytology results I mentioned above? I'm wondering what your take is on them... do they seem to be within a normal range, or is there anything that looks a bit off to you?
My infectious disease specialist gave me a diagnosis of lymphadenopathy under observation, likely just recovering from tonsillitis. My lab work showed monocytosis (mono at 18%), CRP at 28, L at 4.9, seg 37, ly 42, eos 2, baso 1.56, E 4.5, Hgb 125, and Trc 239. For my urine analysis: E 15-20, L 2-3.
After seeing the specialist, I went ahead and had a peripheral blood smear done, and here are the results: Eosinophilic granulocyte 0.03 Segmented neutrophilic granulocyte 0.54 Lymphocyte 0.33 Monocyte 0.10.
The report doesn't list any reference ranges, so if anyone happens to know them, I would really appreciate it if you could share.
Microbiology test results (test performed: adenovirus swab from the throat) Paul-Bunnell antibodies negative VCA IgM negative VCA IgG +/- EBNA IgG +/- It looks like a latent, but past infection. They recommended following up with an ELISA test at the Mayo Clinic.

I believe there’s a place in Des Moines that does rentals, FedEx: www.pozivnice.org (I think they have about 7—$2.75 pieces, if I recall correctly)
Also, I think you might know a girl over in Pittsburgh who specializes in wedding decor; she might just have those covers available for rent. Here is a link so you can check it out: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?...386141&sk=wall 🙂
hollowjackal9 said:I’m really just looking for a band that plays anything except country music. We’ve already reached out to a handful of groups here in town, but honestly, they all sound pretty much the same to me. I'll definitely check those bands out; perhaps one of them will actually catch my ear. Thanks!
In that case, you might really like Sax or even the Sto Posto band. It might be worth reaching out to them and catching one of their live sets somewhere... and I'm fairly certain there isn't any country music involved.😉
Jessica Thompson said:Hey there, ladies...🙂 I'm on the hunt for a solid hairstylist here in St. Louis. Also looking for a makeup artist and someone who can kill it with lash extensions. Ideally, I’d love to find someone local to the area if anyone has recommendations, numbers, or anything else... I'd really appreciate the help...🙏 🙂
Well, I actually had my lashes done over at "Livia," which is located in that little Little Paris district near the old TOB building... the girl there did such an amazing job. The pricing is basically per lash $1.25, so when she did 22 of them for me, it came out to $29. It was incredibly neat work, and they lasted for days—honestly, I had to practically pull them off myself, so there is absolutely no chance of them falling out prematurely. I even dyed my lashes black just so I wouldn't have to deal with mascara every day; it cost about 20 bucks, which felt pretty cheap to me. Also, their makeup services are wonderful. There is also a local artist named Maya from town who does makeup; you can find her on Facebook under "Maya make up artist," so maybe give her a look. I also heard that people at Iris do makeup too; a colleague from my office went there once and looked fantastic. As for a hairstylist... maybe Martin, Dejan, or perhaps someone at the "Hrvoje" salon over on Hebrang—I believe there is a girl named Magdalena working there, and I hear quite a few women go there. You could also check out Stil; maybe 🙂 Valentin obići a bit, try out some trial hairstyles or makeup sessions before you make a final decision.
hollowjackal9 said:Hi there... I'm originally from the St. Louis area and I've started the hunt for a solid band to play at our wedding. If anyone happens to have some recommendations or even just a few bits of advice, they would be more than welcome 🙂
What kind of music are you looking for? Personally, I haven't been particularly impressed by any of the bands here in St. Louis lately; I suppose I might just be tired of hearing the same old stuff over and over. For instance, I think a Sax band or the Sto% band (they have a female vocalist) are quite good. They aren't local to our immediate area—they're from nearby cities like VK or OS—but they travel all over the US. There is also a band called Still from OS... maybe look them up online and give them a listen.
Hey there! Does anyone know where I can find some photos of the makeup looks done by Helen? I'm really curious to see her style since everyone seems to be raving about her work, but I haven't been able to track down any pictures online. Also, does anyone happen to know if Helen works outside of Savannah? I was wondering if there might be an option for her to travel to another city for a session.
I have to agree, I feel like the wedding table decor is just way too cluttered; it’s a bit much for my taste. Oh goodness, I just realized I posted this in the wrong thread! I actually intended to post this under Weddings in the Midwest. My apologies to the moderators—it definitely wasn't intentional. Would it be possible to move this post to the correct section?😉
