It’s generally better to wait about 15 minutes after eating before having a drink, and sticking to water is your best bet.
I appreciate the more specific clarification. 👍 Just curious—where exactly are you pulling that information from?
I find myself needing to drink fluids alongside my meals—otherwise, I start struggling with the food after just a few bites. 😳 In my estimation, sipping something during a meal would actually be the healthier route, as it seems to facilitate faster and easier digestion. 😎
I've been wondering—is it actually better for your health to drink during a meal, or should I be waiting until I'm finished? 🙂
Thanks, Anthony Miller13! 😘 Pushing it back by a week should give me just enough breathing room—enough to finally focus on some actual work without all the usual distractions 🙂 🙂 🎉 😍
I have a question of my own! 😬 I’m currently in a long-distance relationship, and since I’ll only be seeing my partner for a few days toward the end of the month, I’m planning to "play ball" during our visit. 😠 I take birth control, so I was wondering—for anyone here who has dealt with this—how "wise" would it be to extend my pill cycle by an extra week instead of taking the usual seven-day break? That way, I could just stick to the pills and skip the standard pause. It seems a bit counterproductive to deal with a period right when we finally get some time together at the beach. 🙂
The ultimate formula—a vacuous model paired with a total savage! 🙂
