Look, land in Sisk hasn't spiked, but apartment prices have jumped 40% because people from Washington, D.C. are buying them up like crazy. You can't find anything in Sisk anymore... everything sells the second it hits the market...
My advice? Stick to real estate. I still don't trust US mutual funds... and Montana? No way. But that area near Fužin is basically paradise right now. It's about 20 minutes from Platko and the coast... maybe 30 mins to Mount Rainier....
Buy some land and cut a deal with a developer to build some vacation rentals....
