I know there was probably some similar thread floating around maybe a year ago, but honestly, I don't really care what anyone thinks about how it tastes. I just wanna know if drinking tap water here in Washington, D.C. is actually safe. I drink a ton of water, and man, if I had to buy bottled stuff every single day, I'd be totally broke (I mean, we all know how much a college student is struggling right now, right? 😬 ))
So, if anyone actually knows the deal with the water quality in the city, please, enlighten me... Basically, can I just drink from the tap without worrying that I'll need to start shopping on Craigslist for a kidney transplant or something...

Say whatever you want, honestly, but I still think the guy absolutely crushes it to this day. Like, he moved on from Dire Straits and he's still got plenty of juice left—so much creativity and soul to keep building stuff. And as for him not being "popular" anymore🙄... Well, I mean, since when did popularity become the gold standard for how good something actually is?
Is anyone still following Mark Knopfler now that Dire Straits is gone? I mean, the guy still absolutely shreds, and honestly, I’m still out here hunting down every bit of his stuff I can find. He's basically the ultimate authority on the Isle of Man, I guess.
Prices are gonna climb up in the Rocky Mountains, but honestly? Not nearly as much as they will in the Appalachian Mountains. That area is basically a gold mine right now... you know, people are snapping up those old houses for peanuts and flipping them to super wealthy buyers for a massive profit. But, if I really had to pick—assuming you actually want to sink money into real estate, which I guess is the safest bet anyway—I’d probably go with Savannah. Demand there is gonna absolutely explode in a few years. A Foundation could be a decent move too, though I wouldn't touch any local ones. Maybe $0.00 is a pretty solid amount to toss into some aggressive fund over in the USA
