How do they actually calculate advertising rates? I know that on PBS, a few seconds can run you thousands of dollars, and massive billboards can range from $600 to $500, and so on...

Can someone break down how realistic pricing is even determined? For instance, how do they decide that running an ad on a billboard for just one day should cost exactly $200 or $500???

Also, I wanted to ask—what’s the most effective way to advertise? Say, if you were trying to market a subpar product

Nafuro has totally embraced the macrobiotic lifestyle. These days, he’s actually growing and making his own grains, crackers, cookies, and all that macrobiotic stuff.

Back when he was fighting, he used to swear by that diet, claiming it was the absolute best. But later on, he admitted he was dead wrong—said it actually drained his strength and that you just can't fuel a sport like this with that kind of eating. Then again, he wasn't built like a heavyweight anyway; he was basically forcing himself to stay at a higher weight class just to compete...

To high-level Tai Chi might actually give me more confidence than Aikido ever did. I don't know, maybe I'm just wrong, but Aikido just doesn't feel convincing to me.
