Schizophrenia - General Discussion in Psychology & Therapy ·
What happens if, one day, the medical community realizes that everyone—without exception—is living with schizophrenia? Imagine if evolution is actually pivoting in that direction... as if reality itself is becoming increasingly unreliable for the entire human race. On a global scale.😲

I could argue that storing up negative emotions causes cellulite, but I’m actually interested in your take on this.
The Matrix?
Manipulation?
?????????????????????????

Well, yes. But I certainly didn't mean to upset you—quite the opposite, actually.
The Matrix? Sure. Manipulation? Absolutely. To the highest degree possible, over a long period, through subtle and tested means.

I don't know why... I just assumed it might be comforting to find someone who is medically sound and finds this kind of explanation acceptable. My intuition tells me that's how it works. (Much like how I now realize there is little point in discussing this with someone who doesn't believe me...)

The world is just too inhospitable for me,
so I live in my own. I wouldn't survive the real one.😬 😍

Alright, brief and blunt, but beneath the surface, "reality" isn't some objective truth. It’s not convenient or inconvenient—it simply doesn't exist as a constant. Reality is always subjective, which means everyone is essentially living in their own private world.

I consider myself a sane individual, and I don't believe schizophrenia is a disease in the traditional sense. It shouldn't even be treated as one.
It isn't some "cancer" of the soul—only someone who lacks any grasp of what reality actually is would claim otherwise.
It’s high time people accepted that our lives aren't built on any solid foundation... and we should acknowledge that for those who physically experience this instability and are subsequently labeled as "sick."
I haven't encountered a single aspect of this condition that is irrational or purely endogenous. We are simply surrounded by social constructs designed to manipulate how we perceive everything... and feel everything.

I can't help but wonder how those doctors—the ones who spend their entire careers obsessively documenting symptoms and inventing fancy new labels and acronyms just to save themselves the trouble of typing the same thing over and over...—actually intend to find the root cause of schizophrenia.
Is their entire medical playbook really limited to blaming alcohol and drugs, or have they finally realized there might actually be something else going on beneath the surface?
