Man, I just read what you wrote and I saw myself in your shoes... this hit home. For me, this was basically my life back in 2002. I had zero clue which way was up... I was completely lost. Everything turned into this massive distrust of people, these huge, over-the-top ideas, crazy fantasies... just totally losing touch with reality. But look, if we're talking about the mental health struggle... I honestly think it’s the one thing where you can actually walk away with something useful. Just try to dose those "epiphanies" carefully, okay? And please, don't stop your meds, even when it feels like they aren't the whole answer
..bottom line is... keep fighting!
