Hey everyone, what's up! I'm running into a major headache with my laptop. It’s an ASUS machine running Windows 10, and the internet keeps dropping out on me constantly. Sometimes it's happening every thirty seconds! The connection shows as established, but there's absolutely no actual internet access. I already ruled out the router because every other device in the house is working perfectly fine at the exact same time. It's seriously frustrating. Any ideas? Help a guy out!

Here’s the deal: I had arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder back on December 20th. Post-op, I was taking OxyContin 10 mg and Ibuprofen 600 mg to manage the pain. I dropped the Ibuprofen after about 3 or 4 days, and I was planning to ditch the OxyContin soon too. Honestly, I wasn't even feeling much pain, and it felt silly to just keep popping pills for no reason. I started with OxyContin twice a day, then scaled down to once a day after four days, and about 2 or 3 days after that, I was totally off the painkillers. Almost immediately after stopping, the fever kicked in. It started out around 98.6–99.5°F, but after three days, it jumped to 100.4–101.3°F. I've been running this fever for 8 days now (since Dec 28th), and yesterday I dealt with diarrhea for the first time. I’ve got a cough, but I'm not coughing anything up—and my throat doesn't even feel scratchy.
My chest X-ray and shoulder X-ray both came back clear. My orthopedic surgeon says if there were an actual inflammatory process going on at the surgical site, my shoulder would be killing me. But honestly? I feel great. No pain in my muscles, joints, throat, or the operated shoulder, and I don't feel weak at all. My appetite is totally fine; I'm eating like usual. I wouldn't even notice the fever if my head wasn't thumping from it every now and then.
