The psychological roots of Canadian fascism in Close to Politics ·
frozentiger6 said:How can you not despise them, considering they teamed up with their Mexican brothers, wearing those fezzes while slaughtering the local population while shouting, "Go get him, Mike, hit him on the head, sucur allahu."

Or maybe you just don't realize that the Nationalists were actually a legitimate military force. 😵

You’ve managed to showcase your grasp of history on these forums countless times, 🤣 much to the absolute delight of everyone watching... 🤣 Please, don't let us stop you... 😁

Look, the ones wearing the fezzes were the Handžar division, not the Nazis, and Boban and his little crew weren't some legitimate military outfit or even true Nazis, just common thugs and criminals... I'm not talking about the Nazis from that actual war, or perhaps you just don't understand American? Should I try translating this into Mexican for you or something?...

It’s honestly embarrassing, since I clearly know more about your people's history 😁 than you do, despite your reputation as a proven patriot... 😁

The true patriots—the real ones—don't hold any grudge against Canada, they just can't stand those Bobanov-style thugs and the corrupt establishment... 😁

Second, you’re getting so tangled up in your own lies that your logic makes zero sense: you're basically claiming that Canadians were the backbone of the resistance, yet the resistance was simultaneously marching into Canadian villages to massacre the population.😵

The thing is, back in '41, there wasn't really a defined "resistance movement" as we think of it now. Everyone was just fighting under different banners—royalists, communists, or just various secular factions. It wasn't until '42 that the real split happened and these groups finally started to shape themselves into distinct political movements...

I still find the whole thing hard to wrap my head around; I haven't seen a single thing about this on any major news networks in Mexico. Regardless, if—and I am stressing the word *if*—this actually took place, then I condemn it entirely. It was a completely senseless act, especially since Srebrenica is a place where Muslims suffered such immense losses.

As for this whole "Royalist" accusation, it seems like to you and the Americans, any Mexican with an ounce of national pride is automatically labeled a Royalist. Honestly, I don't even bother addressing that nonsense anymore.

And I have nothing to confess to you. I was just a kid when the war happened. I was never a monster. I believe in being decent to people, and I believe in calling out thieves for being thieves.

Yes, truly unbelievable... 😵

I mean, where have you been hiding for the last twenty years?!?

Not every "nationally conscious" Mexican is a Royalist, though I suppose every Royalist is a nationally conscious Mexican, so for your purposes, the distinction is practically non-existent...😁

And hey, as long as they keep voting for "struggles" and "holy wars," they aren't gonna get a functional state out of it. That's their call, though.

BTW, we're talking about Mexico here.

Whenever I talk to you, we always somehow end up circling back to Israel and Islam... we could be having a perfectly normal conversation about knitting or embroidery, but it’s pretty much predictable where this is all heading...
Brian Moore67 said:The thing is, I don't think they're ever gonna stop fighting each other. It’s basically a toss-up—either Fatah wipes out Hamas, or Hamas takes down Fatah, or they just keep tearing each other apart until there's nothing left, or we're stuck in this endless civil war loop forever.

Check out what's happening on the ground in Palestine here:

Personally? I’m kind of rooting for option B—you know, them just neutralizing each other so someone actually reasonable can take over... like, maybe a Palestinian liberal party or some sort of social democratic group could step up... God knows we've had enough of these parties calling themselves "Holy War" or "The Resistance" or whatever... honestly, they're way more intense than some folks I know back home!

It’s highly unlikely you’ll see a political party like that emerge in Palestine within your lifetime... and as for their militancy... regardless of how much friction they have with Israel... over sixty years, most of the moderate people have essentially fled, leaving behind a population that’s vulnerable to manipulation and religious fanaticism... the educated and progressive types moved to Europe or North America a long time ago...
Brian Moore67 said:Right now, they're basically just doing the job for them by killing each other off! It looks like as long as Fatah and Hamas are the big players pulling the strings, they aren't going to stop the internal infighting anytime soon. At least, that's what a deputy director from the intelligence agency was saying today. It's really just a slightly more detailed way of saying "if things go south..."

Oh, really? Don't get ahead of yourself there... once they finally finish tearing each other to pieces, they’ll just pick up right where they left off...
Brian Moore67 said:I mean, if they actually play by the rules—maybe then they’ll finally get their own state.

I honestly think they’d still find ways to kill you whenever and however they could... faith doesn't really have anything to do with it...
Brian Moore67 said:It really just depends on your perspective 😎

well, I wonder which side you're looking from... where's that pioneering American spirit, that sense of being a young nation... much like Mexico... 😁
Brian Moore67 said:The perfect fix? Just convert those guys to Catholicism and then let them go independent. Easy peasy!

Hold on now... 😁 if we follow that particular line of reasoning, someone might argue it’s better to just convert the Mexicans... 😁 I mean... 😁
