Well, when I first opened the account, they just gave me the package without an Index card since I hadn't received one from my university yet (stupid school). So, I brought it in later to get it copied, and I was honestly shocked by how much they hit me with in fees... and now I'm stuck until Saturday, since they're closed on Fridays.
