Look, if some people don't want to hear it, fine. If you prefer other stuff, whatever. But saying Morales isn't a god? That's a stretch. And yeah, he won an award for being a REMIXER, not as a primary producer, but if that fact doesn't mean anything to you, then you clearly don't get it.

[QUOTE 🤣 Good grief, someone please spare Morales!!! Who actually falls for that... what a total freak! I guess he’s still somehow pulling crowds back in America 🤣 living it up at some ridiculous party with all those tattoos and birthday bashes that probably wouldn't even get a look in anywhere else

yeah,,,,,,,🙏 🙏 🙏 👍

From where I'm standing, it's about the way we carry ourselves—it's in the way we look at people, the way we smile, those small human connections. That's what I'm getting at, if you follow me.

I get what you're saying... but honestly, only a tiny handful of people actually live it. Most of the rest of them—the mindless drones—only pretend to experience PLUR when they're high as kites. I have zero respect for that, actually. It's something I genuinely despise.

Obviously, I'm not hitting every single event like I used to, but still... Even now in Miami, I know maybe 20 or 30 people who show up to these sets with that exact same energy they had ten years ago—which, honestly, is a pretty small number—but we still manage to bring a smile to each other's faces. Isn't that enough? Isn't that the whole point?
To me, that is the very essence of that famous mantra: peace, love, unity, respect... right???🙂 🙂 🙂

If you're building your entire version of PLUR just on a few smiles, then sure, whatever helps you sleep at night.......

Yeah, there was a time when everyone actually knew who everyone else was. Nowadays? Not so much. But that’s just because the whole scene has completely fallen apart. You show up to a party and you realize the entire culture is being swallowed whole by chemicals—we're talking massive, overwhelming amounts. Honestly, at this point, you've got two choices: either close your eyes and ignore it or just walk away.👍 👍 👍 👍

Oh, they definitely had feelings... it was just that their emotions were channeled through frustration, phobias, pure hatred, a sense of inferiority, and deep-seated complexes; above all, they felt pathetic and weak, but more importantly, they were deeply DISORDERED, most likely suffering from some kind of compulsive personality disorder.

That is just straight-up gibberish... I sound almost like that when I talk.

Nowadays, you get all sorts of random people showing up to parties that used to be curated by people who actually lived and breathed the culture. That’s why the real magic only happens at those intimate gatherings where you've got maybe 200 people tops.

I have to admit, about 90% of them don't even understand how the whole vibe was originally built at these parties. Honestly, it isn't even as many kids as it is just lost, burnt-out old-timers. But what really gets under my skin is the crowd that doesn't actually care about the music; they just chase after whatever big-name DJ is on the lineup.

The era under Kulušić and Lapidaria was truly the golden age; if my memory serves me right, that's when MTV actually started experimenting with synths, which eventually paved the way for the whole stereo sound.😕
Even back then, those "Vila Rebar" sets at the mountain retreats were solid.😬
And honestly, the only decent party I ever experienced at the state fair was Deja Vu.
All this modern obsession with "future shock" is just complete nonsense.
Back then, everything felt perfect, and I actually felt happy going out because I knew for a fact I was going to have a hell of a time.
But today? It’s just the same old MTV scene, the same people, mixed with these new kids—and by kids, I mean children who are practically still in elementary school🙄—everyone with their trendy haircuts and pacifiers, or just these buff guys walking around shirtless... the whole thing is nauseating.
That vibe simply didn't exist before.
Nor was the music anything like what it used to be.
And I genuinely cannot wrap my head around why everyone has lost their minds over this electro stuff; it's such pathetic, mediocre music.
That's exactly why I don't bother going out anymore; I'd much rather stay home and watch a good movie with my friends.

Everything is exactly the same as it always was... these kids today are having the same kind of hell-raising fun we did back in the day... electro might be garbage, but hard techno and progressive trance aren't necessarily bad, you just have to actually appreciate the music, you know? Obviously, without all that pseudo-PLUR nonsense fueled by euphoric rushes or heatstroke from amphetamine use or whatever brainwashing substances they're on.🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

morales - techno
rolando - minimal
😁

How on earth do you claim you don't understand the vibe???? MORALES PLAYS HOUSE, PURE HOUSE, NOT TECHNO, and that is the only objective truth here.

Look, everyone goes through a phase in their life where they just feel completely lethargic, like all their emotions have been surgically removed. It’s actually a perfectly normal part of the process when you're building yourself into a real person. That said, there is definitely a way to achieve that state through hypnosis if you want to sustain it over a longer period, though honestly, you're probably more likely to pull that off using magic.
