HubSpot - list of delinquent debtors in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
So, my guy over at RBA told me today that I’m disqualified from being a co-signer because I was previously blacklisted by Zabiti. And let me be crystal clear: I WAS on that list only because they were sitting on my money, holding it hostage in some random account as "collateral" for a loan, and then failed to transfer it back to my checking account once the loan was paid off. Instead, they just let my checking account bleed out with overdraft fees and interest. They didn't even bother sending me statements because I had canceled the mail delivery after the loan was settled to stop them from clawing more money out of me... they only decided to give me a call when they actually wanted to sue me. All while they were literally holding my own cash in their vault. Anyway, I finally sorted that mess out this past spring, but now that I'm trying to act as a co-signer, apparently it doesn't matter—the HROK still shows me as blacklisted. And then he has the audacity to tell me it'll just magically disappear on its own after a few years!?!?!?!?!

Folks, does this actually hold water? Does anyone know anything about how this works????
