For instance, I almost always opt for bourbon... It might sound a bit old-fashioned, but it feels much easier on my system... When I'm drinking, I always keep a bottle of sparkling or still water right next to me to sip on simultaneously. The results are night and day, because I wake up the next morning feeling like I didn't even go out at all...😎
