I've been noticing more and more intentional efforts to diversify coaching staffs lately. It feels like the industry is finally waking up to the fact that talent isn't concentrated in just one demographic. Do you guys think these types of fellowship programs actually lead to long-term changes in leadership?
Look, I don’t know enough about clinical psychology to officially label specific individuals as mentally unstable, but honestly? This sounds like it could be spot on.
I’m convinced that more than half the population is somehow "broken"... actually, let's call it 80%... childhood trauma, deep-seated fears, various complexes, anxiety... just endless stuff. And the kicker? They actually walk around thinking they’re perfectly normal, average, and good people. It's truly tragic.😈
